In the Hathras case, the CBI can file the final report in the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court today. During the hearing on 16 December, the CBI had assured before the bench of Justice Pankaj Mittal and Justice Rajan Rai that the deliberations would be completed by 18 December. But in the meantime a big news has come out. The CBI will take the victim’s brother to Gujarat for a forensic psychological test (psychological evaluation). His cyclical assessment will be done there.

Please tell that in the Hathras case, the victim’s brother had filed an FIR. The CBI started an investigation into the Hathras case on 11 October. So far, more than 50 people, including the family of the victim and the accused have been questioned. Chashmidid Chhotu, who claimed to be the first to reach the spot, was questioned several times. The scene was also mapped with scene re-creation.

The four accused will have a brain mapping test

Last month, the CBI took the four accused in Aligarh Jail to Gujarat and conducted a brain mapping test. The accused underwent polygraph tests and bios profiling. Its report was received by the CBI a week ago on Friday.

If sources are to be believed, the CBI has found some situations that require accurate answers. For this reason, the victim’s brother is being made a cyclical assessment. In this method, direct and indirect questions related to the case are made. During this time all responses are recorded. Psychological aspects, symptoms, and motives are measured based on these responses.

Hearing will be held on 27 January

On December 16, the court fixed January 27 as the next date of hearing. The court has summoned DM Praveen Kumar and SP Vikrant Veer on that day. Then the victim’s family will also be in court. However, so far no order has been given from the court regarding the house and job to the victim’s family. On which the victim’s family lawyer Seema Kushwaha also questioned. It was said that the compensation DM had to be done, but they are not taking any interest. That is why no compensation has been found, nor has any decision been made about the job.
