Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a special session of the Parliament of Guyana on Friday, said it is time to identify those who create conflict, rather than engage in it. His comments come against the backdrop of the escalating Russia-Ukraine war.
The Prime Minister further assured that in any crisis, anywhere in the world, India’s “sincere effort is to be the first responder and reach out to offer help.”
“This is not the time for conflict, this is the time to identify those who create conflict,” Modi stated at the Guyana Parliament.
