The credibility of the police in Sultanpur is under question when illegal construction is going on openly on the land of a handicapped person in Hayatnagar of Gosainganj police station. Local resident Mushtaq is handicapped in both legs. He has alleged that the goons have encroached his ancestral land.

Mushtaq said that Ismail is trying to take over his land. Recently, construction work has been started even though a stay order has been issued by the Ayodhya Commissioner’s Court on this plot. When Mushtaq tried to stop the construction, the accused threatened to kill him.
Demand for strict action from administration In the past, Divyang Mushtaq gave a written complaint to Gosainganj police station, but the police did not listen to him and drove him away from the police station. However, this construction was stopped before the intervention of Jaisinghpur SDM. Now the question arises that when such illegal activities are happening under the protection of the police, how will the rule of law be established. Mushtaq and other villagers have demanded that the administration take strict action in this matter.
The handicapped person has submitted a complaint letter and demanded action.
