Sarai Khwaja, a girl from Barra village of Bardah police station area, was studying with Mohammad Shakir (21), son of Mohammad Kamil of Jaunpur district. During this time, a love affair developed between the two. About two and a half years ago, both of them were caught together and their family members beat them up and drove them away from there. Since then the young man went to Mumbai and the girl came to her maternal home in Amberpur village. There used to be conversations between the two.

Two days ago, Mohammad Shakir reached the girl’s maternal home in Amberpur village of Gambhirpur police station area and reached the terrace with the help of the wall. Meanwhile, when the girl’s maternal uncle’s son went out to use the bathroom, he saw that someone’s slippers were lying near the wall. Then he looked around and couldn’t find it. When I went again after some time, the slippers were missing from there. The boy became suspicious after which he went to the terrace and looked. Meanwhile, the young man jumped from the roof onto the wall adjacent to the foundation of the house and got injured.
After this he started running away. After going about 100 meters away, the villagers caught hold of him in the paddy field and beat him up. Someone informed the village head Pintu Saroj about the matter. Pintu Saroj informed Gambhirpur police station. Police reached the spot and interrogated the youth. So he told the name of the girl.
Girl’s lie caught during interrogation
When the girl was interrogated, she said that she did not recognize him. The police called for the girl’s mobile phone and called the number given by the young man and found out that the phone number belonged to the girl. The lover told that even before this he had come here directly from Mumbai to her maternal home and met her many times.
