First the young man died, then the young woman died
Zainab (18 years), daughter of Alauddin Ansari, a resident of village Bukhara in Cantt police station area, was having an affair with Rehan Saifi, who lived in the neighborhood, for 2 years. Police investigation has revealed that both wanted to marry each other. But the family was unhappy with this. The family refused to let the two get married.

On Sunday, both of them consumed poison at different times. When the condition of the young man Rehan deteriorated at night, his family took him to the hospital. Where he died after some time. On Monday morning, the girl also died. When the family came to know that both of them had consumed poison.
The young man’s wedding procession was to go in July
Rehan K The family of the boy had arranged his marriage with a girl from Wazirganj area of Badaun district. Rehan’s marriage procession was to go to Badaun district on 2 July next month. The boy’s family said that we did not know that this would happen. They told the police that now we do not want any action. Whereas the girl’s family said that we did not know whether there was conversation between the two or there was a love affair. The police station says that the post-mortem of the bodies has been done. No complaint has been received in this matter.
