On the complaint of the teenager’s mother Shakuntala Devi, the police have registered a case against 10 people including Arvind, Vyas, Paramhans, Bhagna, Guddi, Pooja, Panne Lal, Rahul and driver Hasnain under sections of murder and concealment of evidence. Two people have also been arrested.
