Councilor expressed displeasure The incident occurred during the campaign for the 70th national convention of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Expressing displeasure over this incident, Railway Colony councilor Vivek Mishra alias Vicky said that this is a gross disrespect towards the martyrs. He said, “Insulting the martyrs will neither be accepted nor tolerated. The administration should take immediate cognizance and take strict action against the culprits.” The councilor warned the administration that such misuse of sacred places like martyr memorial should not happen again.
