India has achieved its 150th victory in T-20. It has become the first country in the world to do so. Team India won the third T-20 match against Zimbabwe by 23 runs on Wednesday. This is the second consecutive victory of the Indian team in this series.

Captain Shubman Gill won the toss and chose to bat at Harare Sports Club. Team India first scored 183 runs. Then restricted Zimbabwe to 159 runs in 20 overs. With this win, Team India has taken a 2-1 lead in the 5 match series. The fourth match of the series will be played on 14th July.

Captain Gill (66 runs), batting after winning the toss, gave the Indian team a quick start along with Yashasvi Jaiswal (36 runs). Then with Rituraj Gaikwad (49 runs), the score crossed 150.

In the run chase, Khalil and Avesh gave Zimbabwe 3 blows in the powerplay. Avesh took two wickets in his first spell. Khalil got a success. Then Washington Sundar took two wickets in the 7th over and put India ahead in the match. He broke the 77-run partnership by dismissing Madande and ensured India’s victory.
