To ensure you stay up-to-date and gain access to this feature, make sure to keep your WhatsApp app updated through the App Store and the TestFlight app.

Meanwhile, WhatsApp is also working on a new feature to respond to support queries with messages generated by AI (artificial intelligence).

It may assist users by sending messages generated by AI using a secure service from Meta. This feature is expected to improve user interactions, minimise response times, and ensure a more efficient support experience by benefiting both WhatsApp users and customer service.
