A threatening letter from ISIS supporters has been issued to a Mauritius theater owner. The theater owner has also sent that letter to the film makers.
ISIS supporters have issued a letter to a theater owner to stop the screening of The Kerala Story in Mauritius. The letter threatened to blow up the entire theater if the film was shown.
The theater owner has sent this letter to Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the producer of The Kerala Story. If reports are to be believed, Vipul has increased his security after this threat.
‘Will blow up the theater by tomorrow’
In the letter received by the theater owners, it is written – Sir/Madam, we are planting a bomb in the machine (name of the theatre). Will blow it up by tomorrow. If you guys want to watch this movie, then watch it with passion. Tomorrow you will get to see a better film than this. Remember our words.

ISIS is a dangerous terrorist organization, it still has a lot of influence in Iraq and Syria.
The crew member associated with the film was threatened
This is not the first time that threats have been received regarding the film. After the release of the film, a crew member associated with the film received a threatening message from an unknown number. It was written in this message – Do not get out of the house alone. You have not done well by showing this story in the film.
According to the Mumbai Police, the film’s director Sudipto Sen had informed the police about this. The police had also given security to that crew member.
It was difficult for the film’s actress to leave the house
Actress Sonia Balani, who played Asifa in the film, also received a lot of threats after the film. Talking to Hindustan Times, he had said that he received so many threats on social media that it was difficult for him to leave the house.

Sonia Balani plays the character of Asifa in the film. In the film, she tricks girls in the name of religion and gets them converted.
Today the situation in every street is like The Kerala Story – Kapil Mishra
No matter how much ruckus there is about the film, but the makers say that they have made this film keeping in mind the safety and security of girls. On May 28, a 16-year-old girl named Sakshi was brutally murdered by a boy named Sahil in Delhi’s Shahabad Dairy police station area.
He attacked the girl 20 times with a knife and when he was not satisfied, he crushed her body with a stone. Now on this incident, Delhi BJP leader Kapil Mishra has said that today the situation like The Kerala Story has happened in every street.
It is obvious that in The Kerala Story also it has been shown how some girls of non-Muslim religion are first implicated under a conspiracy, then they are sent as sex slaves to the terrorist organization ISIS.

The film’s collection reached Rs 225 crore.
Despite all the protests, the film continues to earn handsomely. The film has collected Rs 224.97 crore after 24 days of release. On the fourth Sunday of release, the film has earned Rs 4.75 crore.
The film has also acquired the title of Alltime Blockbuster. This is the second film of 2023 after Shahrukh Khan’s Pathan which has collected more than 200 crores.
