Five people were injured when the wall of JK Cotton Mill collapsed in Kanpur.
The dilapidated wall of JK Cotton Mill located at Zarib Chowki in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, collapsed late on Monday night, in which three houses were completely damaged. Five people, including two women, were seriously injured in the accident. Police and regional people took out the people trapped in the rubble and admitted to Halut. On receiving the information of the accident, Sisamau Jurisdictional Nishank Sharma and SP MLA Irfan Solanki reached the spot and took care of the injured.
According to the information, Sanjay Jaiswal, who lives in Sharava Mill Hata of Zarib Chowki, works as a laborer. Sanjay told that the wall of JK Cotton Mill is also attached to his house. He went out of work late on Monday night. At home, his wife Priyanka and all three children were watching TV, then with a loud bang, JK Cotton Mill’s wall collapsed and came to his house.
Sadanand and Nityananda’s house was also damaged due to the fall of the wall. Hearing the cry, the people who were trapped in the debris, Priyanka and she took out the three children Kanhaiya Himanshu and Arpit. Sadananda’s wife Rita Devi was also injured after being buried under the wall debris. Those who have been admitted to Halut Hospital with the help of police. He told that the condition of his wife Priyanka and son Kanhaiya remains worrying.
