1. Recruitment for 700 apprentice posts in Railways, opportunity for 10th pass
South-East Central Railway has invited applications for the posts of apprentice in Bilaspur division. This recruitment will be for one year under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1962. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

Educational Qualification:

For apprenticeship, candidates should have passed 10th/12th and ITI in the relevant trade.

Age Range :

The minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 15 years and maximum age at 24 years. SC/ST candidates will get maximum age relaxation of 5 years, OBC will get three years and ex-servicemen and disabled people will get 10 years of relaxation.

1. Maharashtra ATS Chief Sadanand Date will be the new Director General of NIA

On March 26, the Central Government has ordered new appointments to important posts in the National Investigation Agency (NIA), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Special Protection Group (SPG) and Police Research and Development Bureau. Among these, the most important responsibility has been given to Chief of Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad and 1990 batch IPS officer of Maharashtra cadre, Sadanand Vasant Date. 3. Children will not be able to use social media in Florida
On March 25, America's Florida Governor Ron DeSantis approved a law regarding restriction of social media. According to this, children below 14 years of age will not be able to use social media in the state of Florida. This law will come into effect from next year i.e. 2025. Children aged 14 to 15 will be able to use Instagram and Snapchat only if their parents give written consent. Companies have been asked to delete social media accounts of children below 14 years of age.

4. President of Ramakrishna Mission, Swami Smarananand is no more
On March 26, Swami Smaranananda, president of Ramakrishna Mission, died. He breathed his last at the age of 95. On January 29, when his health worsened, Swami Smarananand was admitted to Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan.

RK Mission confirmed the demise of Swami Smaranananda.  The statement said that His Holiness President of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Swami Smarananandji Maharaj took Mahasamadhi at 8.14 pm on Tuesday night.

1. CISCE Board postponed 12th exam

CISCE Board 12th exam to be held on March 27 was postponed due to loss of question paper. The board said that the 12th Psychology exam was to be held on March 27, but news of question paper packet being lost from one of the centers was received. After this this exam was postponed. This exam will now be conducted on April 4 in the 2 pm shift.

2. CUET PG date extended

National Testing Agency i.e. NTA has extended the last date to apply for CUET UG. Now candidates will be able to apply till 31st March. Candidates will have to apply by visiting the official website exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.

3. Bar Council released the result

Bar Council of India has released the result of the exam for the 18th time. Candidates can check the result by visiting bci.register.smartexams.in/home with the help of user ID and password. Passing marks for General and OBC category is 45%. Whereas for SC, ST and disabled candidates it is 40 percent.
