There was an uproar in Kanpur on Wednesday morning over the news of cow slaughter. A large quantity of banned meat was being sent in sacks to Roti Wali Gali in Moolganj police station area. There was an uproar after Bajrang Dal got information about this. Seeing the police who reached the spot after the uproar, the owner of the meat shop and other people fled from the spot.

Goods were also recovered from the e-rickshaw after the police received information.
