Kanpur police is in the news due to negligence. In fact, the police has made Devendra Mishra, the COO of Shaheed Bilhaur in the Bikeru case in the murder case of a Dalit farmer. When this negligence was known, there was a panic in the police department. Now police officers are involved in the case. Negligence is being termed as technical mismatch.
Farmer Ram Prasad Diwakar was killed in the farm on the night of 3 October in Dadarpur Katha village of Bilhaur police station area. The next day Vikram, the farmer’s son, gave a complaint in the police station and lodged an FIR against Mahendra Katiyar and his family in Mallapur village. For the investigation of the case, Devendra Mishra, who was the CO of Bilhore, was made a discretionary by the police department. Whereas, they are no longer in this world. The copy of the FIR is now going viral on social media.
SP told technical fault
Regarding the case, SP Rural Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said that due to technical fault, the name of the martyr CO had come up. Improvement has also been done. However, action will be taken if someone’s negligence is revealed during the investigation.

In the Bikeru village of Chaubepur police station area of Uttar Pradesh, the police team that went to the town on the night of July 2 and 3, indiscriminately fired on the history-shearer Vikas Dubey and his operatives. In this, eight policemen including Bilhaur CO Devendra Mishra were killed.
