The visitors coming to register and their elderly family members and women are forced to be carried up the stairs by their relatives. Due to the absence of a ramp, the disabled and the elderly are facing a lot of difficulty in going to the first and second floors.

National Divyang Party raised the demand
National Divyang Party District President Virendra Kumar said that due to the lack of ramps in the registry office, the disabled have to face a lot of problems. Several discussions were held with the officers in this regard, but nothing was done. A demand will be made to build ramps in all offices by meeting the DM.

Disobeying government directives
Rahul Singh, who came from Shastri Nagar to get the registry done, said that there is no ramp facility here, due to which elderly people along with wheel chairs have to be taken up the stairs. This is the situation when the government has given strict instructions that it is mandatory to build ramps for the handicapped and elderly in every office.

In this case, Deputy Inspector General of Registration Kaushalendra Shukla said that the ramp has not been constructed yet. Officers have been instructed in this regard. The ramp will be constructed soon.
