PCDF MD Anand Kumar Singh along with NDDB’s Anand, Swapan Sinha, Akhilendra Mishra inaugurated the sweets manufacturing system in the presence of distributors, booth operators and retailers. Managing Director of Milk Producers Cooperative Union Limited, RL Saigal and Marketing Head Chandan Bharti said that the objective of Parag is to buy milk from small farmers of the village and provide them direct benefits.

In the plant with capacity of 2 lakh litres, an average of 1 lakh 95 thousand liters of milk has been processed per day in September. A powder plant with a capacity of 20 metric tons per day has been established here. Whose trial is going on. After which different powders will be available in packs ranging from 3 to 25 kg.

PCDF MD Anand Kumar Singh, NDDB’s Anand, Swapan Sinha, Akhilendra Mishra Arvind Kumar told that apart from the famous sweets of Kashi, different types of ghee will also be available. Recently, a fermented plant with a capacity of 50 metric tons per day has also been installed. After which curd, buttermilk, whey and lassi will be produced.

In December 2021, the management of Parag Dairy was handed over to the National Dairy Development Board. After which continuous improvements are being made here. Claimed that the price of sweets would be at par with the products of other companies.
