Kashmiri delicacy which is traditionally known as โHoggardโ or dry fish is on high demand as the temperature falls in the Valley. These dry fish is part of Kashmirโs age-old traditional cuisine. The locals say that consuming these dried fish keep their bodies warm during harsh season and is believed to be beneficial for back pain, congestion, and other cold-related conditions. These dried fish is consumed during the four months of the winter and spring seasons.
