The head of the family living in a village in Charwa police station area is a daily wage laborer. He has a wife and 2 children in the family. The son is 5 years old. The victim’s mother said that her son was playing with his friends on Thursday evening. Meanwhile, a young man living in the neighborhood, Pawan Kumar son of Jagdish, came to her 5-year-old son. He lured the son with biscuits and took him near the Panchayat Bhawan located near the village.
Accused Pawan Kumar raped the son. When the son screamed, he beat him up. After committing the crime, the accused fled. When the son reached home crying, he informed them about the crime. The victim’s mother along with her child went to the police station to plead for justice. The police station has started investigation after taking the complaint.
Police station in-charge Balram Singh said, based on the complaint of the victim woman, investigation of the case has been started. The victim child has been sent to the hospital for treatment. Raids are being conducted in search of the accused. The accused will be caught soon and legal action will be taken.
