Congress state president Ajay Kumar Lallu said that farmers are agitating in Delhi. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi started the peasant movement in Punjab. The central government is only giving dates during the talks with the farmers. The government is watching the farmers’ land. He said that the Congress has chalked out a strategy to conduct a mahapanchayat in 27 districts of UP as part of its campaign against the agricultural laws.
