Sage saints from the country world reached Vaishnav Kumbh.
- Vaishnav Kumbh will run from 16 February to 28 March
- The three Ani Akharas of the Vaishnava sect camped
Vaishnav Kumbh will be launched in Vrindavan today before the Kumbh to be held in Haridwar. On the Yamuna coast, it is held once in 12 years from Basant Panchami. It is believed that Vrindavan is the land of love of Radha-Krishna. Here the saint of Vaishnavism worships his Aradhya in a ritualistic manner. Shaiva (Naga) monks do not come to this Vaishnava Kumbh in Vrindavan. Only Vaishnava saints arrive. The Kumbh Mela will conclude on March 28. After this, saint Haridwar will travel to Kumbh.
The three Ani Akharas set up camp
The major centers of Vaishnavism are Braj Vrindavan and Ayodhya. But a large number of prominent Vaishnava saints also reside in different pilgrimages of the country. The chief saints of Vaishnava saints Nirmohi, Nirvani and Digambara Ani Akhara have reached Vrindavan Kumbh along with their respective Akharas, Rajendra Das, Dharmadasa and Krishna Das.
The Kumbh enclave was decorated with colorful lights.
Kumbh Mela will begin with flag hoisting
Basant Panchami will be hoisted on the banks of Yamuna along with religious rituals. After this, the Kumbh Mela will be inaugurated by law. Flag hoisting will also take place in the three Ani Akharas. There is a possibility of gathering about 50 thousand sadhu saints in this Kumbh.

Tight security arrangements have been made for Kumbh. A temporary police line has been constructed at the fair. At the same time, three police stations, 12 police posts, 12 watch towers have been built. Water police and SDRF have also been deployed.

When the name of Kumbh is organized, 4 places Haridwar, Nashik, Prayagraj and Ujjain are named. But there is no exact evidence about the antiquity of this Vaishnava Kumbha occurring in Vrindavan. However, it is said to have been held during the reign of Aurangzeb. It is believed that when the sea churned, then the God of Garuda walked with the nectar urn coming out of it. When Garuda reached Vrindavan with Lord Amrit Kalash, he placed that nectar Kalash on Kadamb tree and started resting. After resting here, Garuda lord went to Nashik, Ujjain, Prayagraj, Haridwar with that urn. Where there was a drop from Amrit Kalash, Kumbh started happening there.
On Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed the preparations for Vaishnav Kumbh.
