Police explaining to the people protesting by keeping the dead body on the road in Purakalandar.

Sunil Kumar Raidas, a Dalit resident of Bhikharipur village in Purakalandar area of ​​Ayodhya, was found under suspicious circumstances on Tuesday. After post-mortem, the body reached home at 4:00 pm on Wednesday evening. The family members, villagers and Bhim Army workers refused to cremate the body. The villagers remained adamant on performing the last rites after the post-mortem report came and action was taken against the accused. During this time, a protest was created by keeping the dead body on the road outside the village. Police and National Secretary of Samajwadi Party, District Panchayat member Raja Mansingh assured the family members of the deceased to file a report against the accused and take action, then the villagers performed the last rites of the body after three hours.
