The results of the Central Bar Association Election-2021 were declared late on Thursday. Sunil Dwivedi won the post of President and Brijesh Yadav won the post of General Secretary. Sunil Dwivedi got 1,729 votes and second-placed candidate Arvind Kumar Kushwaha got 1,136 votes.

Similarly, Brijesh Yadav got 1,722 votes on the post of General Minister and Sankalp Mishra was second with 1,122 votes. Apart from this, Rajiv Mishra Mantu was declared victorious on the post of Senior Vice President in the results revealed till 6 pm. Rajeev Mishra got 1051 votes, losing candidate Akshay Katiyar got 879 votes. Treasurer Vivek Mishra has been appointed. He received 710 votes. Mandeep Mishra, who finished second, had to be satisfied with 669 votes. The junior vice president’s vote was counting, only then there was a mutual conflict between the advocates there. Due to which the counting had to be stopped for some time. Seeing the escalation of the dispute, the police force also reached the spot.
