IPS Arvind Sen’s application rejected

The plea seeking recall of the arrest warrant issued against the wanted senior IPS officer Arvind Sen has been rejected by the Special Court of Prevention of Corruption Act. On December 10, Special Judge Sandeep Gupta ordered the issuance of a non-bailable warrant against Arvind Sen on the plea of Shweta Srivastava, Gomtinagar, the Vigilance and Additional Commissioner of Police.
