In Lucknow, cyber fraudsters cheated the famous Sharma Tea Shop of Hazratganj. 28 thousand rupees were cheated in the name of ordering breakfast. The fraud was done with Ruchi Sharma, the owner of Sharma Tea. At present, no complaint letter has been given to the police.

According to the information, Lalit Sharma, a resident of Lucknow, has a shop named Sharma Chai at Lalbagh crossing. Which is very famous in the whole of Lucknow. One of its branches is near Husadiya crossing in Gomti Nagar. His wife Nidhi Sharma looks after it. Where manager Rajkumar Yadav works. Rajkumar received a call on 30 June in the afternoon. In which the caller introduced himself as an Army lieutenant. He said that there is a training of 15 days in our command center. Where breakfast and evening snacks are to be served from Sharma Chai. Which will be for 50 people.

After this, on July 1, the person who called called with the order to the Command Hospital in Cantt. On making the payment, he said that payment will not be possible on the bar code and a mobile number is required. On this, the manager Rajkumar gave the mobile number of the owner Nidhi Sharma. The person who placed the order called on that number. Introducing himself as an Army lieutenant, he asked her to make the payment. On this, he asked to make the payment on the same number. Then he said that the rules of the Army are different. We are sending you a bar code, which you will have to scan for making the payment.

One rupee came to two rupees but then it kept getting deducted

After this he asked for a payment of Rs 1. As soon as he did so, Rs 2 were credited to her account. She gained some confidence and then he sent a link of Rs 4,000. After scanning it, as soon as she entered the password, Rs 4,000 were deducted from her account. When she asked, he said, why did you enter the password first, we will enter it first. After this he sent a link of Rs 8,000. As soon as she scanned it, the money was deducted immediately. Before she could understand anything, Rs 16,000 more were deducted. In this way, he cheated her of a total of Rs 28,000.

Panicked, Ruchi Sharma switched off her phone. On switching on the phone, she got a call from manager Rajkumar saying that no one has come to take the order yet. Then she realised that she had been cheated. At present, no written complaint has been lodged with the police. However, an online complaint has been made.
