Madhya Pradesh defeated Bengal by 174 runs in the semi-final one of the Ranji Trophy to reach the final of the Ranji Trophy. The last time Madhya Pradesh reached the final of the Ranji Trophy was in 1999. He will face Mumbai in the final. In the second semi-final, Mumbai defeated UP on the basis of first innings lead. Madhya Pradesh had scored 341 runs in the first innings against Bengal, in response to which the Bengal team could only score 273 runs.

Himanshu Mantri became man of the match
Madhya Pradesh took a lead of 68 runs on the basis of first innings. After this, in the second innings, Madhya Pradesh scored 281 runs. Bengal had a target of 350 runs to win, but in the second innings, the Bengal team could score only 175 runs.

Opener Himanshu Mantri, who scored 165 runs in the first innings for Madhya Pradesh, was adjudged the man of the match. At the same time, Kumar Karthikeya took 5 wickets in the second innings.

Madhya Pradesh could score 341 runs in the first innings thanks to Mantri’s century and Akshat Raghuvanshi’s brilliant 63.
