The story of Shri Shiv Maha Puran is starting today from the mouth of Mahamandleshwar Swami Indradev Saraswati Maharaj in Kanak Mahal Maha Tyagi Camp. Before this, Kalash Yatra started from Kanak Mahal with great pomp and show, on reaching the banks of Saryu, Saryu was anointed with 111 liters of milk.

Freedom from vampire births by listening to the stories of Shiv Puran – Indradev Saraswati
Shiv devotees will make their lives successful by listening to the story of Shri Shiv Puran, which is held every evening from 4 pm to 7 pm. Katha Vyas Mahamandaleshwar Swami Indradev Saraswat Maharaj said that listening to the story of Shiv Puran liberates one from the vampire births. Shiv ji is a devotee of Lord Shri Ram. Before the victory of Lanka, Lord Shri Ram had performed the earthen worship of Lord Shiva. Which is still counted among the twelve Jyotirlings in the name of Rameswaram.
He said that I have come to Ayodhya to please Lord Shri Ram Ji and make him listen to the story of Shiv Maha Puran. On Ganga Dussehra too, Saryu ji will be anointed with 111 litres of milk. On the morning of 11th June, there will be a conference of renowned saints of Ayodhya in which devotees will feel gratified by listening to the nectar like words of saints, mahants and sages. Swami ji’s blessed person Shri Nageshwar Nath Dubey said that devotees from many states of India like Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh etc. have come to Ram Nagri Ayodhya to listen to Shri Shiv Maha Puran Katha.
