Tamil actor Vishal has recently accused the Censor Board of corruption. While sharing a video, the actor claimed that he had to pay Rs 6.50 lakh to CBFC to get the Hindi version of his film ‘Mark Antony’ cleared.

Meanwhile, there is a buzz in the industry that the distributor of KK Menon starrer film ‘Love All’, Ramesh Vyas, also had to pay Rs 5 lakh to CBFC to get the certificate of the film.

When Dainik Bhaskar investigated this news, it found that this news was fake. We brought the truth of this news by talking to the film’s director, producer and distributor Ramesh Vyas.

KK Menon played the lead role in the film Love All.

First know what the rumor was
A report in Bollywood Hungama said that the producer/distributor of the film, Ramesh Vyas, has claimed that he had to pay Rs 5 lakh to get the certificate of this film in 5 languages.

Ramesh said that he had applied for censor certificate in 8 languages. After this the board gave me certificates in 5 languages and again asked for money. When I refused, I haven’t received the certificate yet. I got certificates for only two regional languages, that too two days after the film’s release.

Ramesh postponed the conversation on Bhaskar’s call
After this news came out, Bhaskar first contacted Ramesh Vyas. He avoided the conversation by saying that he was busy in a meeting.

Co-producer Sanjay Singh said – This is baseless news
After this, we contacted the film’s co-producer Sanjay Singh and he told that this is completely false news. Nothing like this has happened. This is the greatness of the Censor Board. They have given censor certificate to our film completely following the rules and regulations. This is completely fake news and we have nothing to do with it.

Ramesh is the producer of this film and I don’t know about what he said, all I can say is that it is just an attempt to defame the censor board.

The film's director Sudhanshu Sharma said that he was not aware of this. Later he himself called and cleared the whole matter.

The director was not aware of this
When the film’s director Sudhanshu Sharma was talked about, at first he said that he had no idea about this news. He himself recently came to know that Ramesh had said such a thing. He was distributing the film and was also involved in the censoring process.

I definitely knew that our film got the censor quite late because the application for it was discussed for a long time. Now if it is so then I will be able to give you information only after talking to them.

Later called and said – money was spent on delay
After this, Director Sudhanshu called Bhaskar back and told him that he had spoken to Ramesh ji. He says that I did not give any such interview. I have just said that there was so much delay in getting the film censored, so I spent Rs 5 lakh. My only complaint was about the delay in passing the film.
