Malaika Arora shared her first Instagram post after her father Anil Mehta’s passing, expressing hope for October. Kareena and Karisma Kapoor have been supporting her during this time.
Malaika Arora has broken her social media silence following the recent passing of her father, Anil Mehta, with an emotional Instagram post. Mehta’s death has left the Arora family in mourning, and Malaika has taken time to process the immense loss.
On her Instagram Story, she shared a manifestation post from the page scorpio_memez, which read, “October will be good to you. Scorpio.” For Malaika, who turns 51 on October 23, this message serves as a hopeful declaration for the future amid her personal grief.
The Arora family, known for their close-knit bond, has been receiving overwhelming support from loved ones. Malaika’s dear friends Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor have been a constant presence by her side. The Kapoor sisters, who share a strong and enduring friendship with Malaika and her sister Amrita Arora, were frequently seen visiting the Arora residence in Bandra, Mumbai. Their presence has been a source of comfort during this difficult time.
In addition to the Kapoor sisters, Malaika’s mother, Joyce Polycarp, hosted a prayer meet in September to honour Anil Mehta’s memory. The gathering saw the presence of close family members and friends, offering their condolences and support. The Arora and Kapoor families have long shared a deep friendship, often seen celebrating life’s milestones together, but this time, they have come together to support each other through grief.
Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika’s former partner, was also spotted lending his support to her during this tough period. Despite reports of their breakup earlier this year, Arjun has been by Malaika’s side, showing solidarity as she copes with the loss of her father.
