- Paper leaked on WhatsApp from bank in Jamui itself
Matric First shift examination paper has been leaked on Friday from Jhajha branch of State Bank of India in Jamui. The examination of the first shift has been canceled by registering a case as soon as the case is revealed in the police investigation. Preliminary investigation by the police in this case has revealed that the photo of the paper has been leaked from WhatsApp through WhatsApp. Police has registered a case on the instruction of Bihar School Examination Committee Chairman Anand Kishore. In this case, contract worker Vikas Kumar and two other employees posted on the bank have been arrested. Police and district administration teams are engaged in the questioning. The Bihar board has canceled the social science examination of the first shift. Now this examination will be held on 8 March.
Vikas took WhatsApp to his relative by taking a photo from the bank
Investigation has found that Vikas Kumar, the contract bank worker, sent the paper to one of his relatives who is involved in the matriculation examination this year from his mobile before the examination started on Friday. Apart from this, the paper was sent to whom else is being investigated. Jamui Police has arrested Vikas Kumar, a contract worker from SBI Jhajha branch, in the paper leak case. Along with the development, the police have also arrested the bank employees Ajit Kumar and Shashikant Chaudhary. Police may also make other arrests in this case. Police investigation is going on.

Investigation revealed that a few years ago Gopal Kumar Das, a resident of Khairma, worked as a sweeper in the bank. After leaving his job, his brother Vikas Kumar Das was working as a sweeper in the main branch of SBI for the last few years. During the cleanliness of the bank, on Friday, Vikas leaked the question paper of social science subject kept in the bank. Police arrested Vikas Kumar Das and questioned him.
Inquiries with bank workers, security in questions
DM, SP, DDC, who are investigating in the bank, along with other officers have questioned the employees one by one. All the employees working in the bank were told not to leave the bank till the investigation is complete. The police have completely cordoned off and investigated the Jhajha branch of SBI. All the employees working in the bank have been questioned in turn. Jamui DM Avnish Kumar has said that action will be taken by arresting those who are involved in leaking the paper and making it viral. DM says that the matter is being investigated very closely. After the paper leak case, the team of several officials including SP Pramod Kumar Mandal, DDC Arif Ahsan, SDO Pratibha Rani reached the main branch of SBI at Kachhari Chowk in Jamui and started investigating the case.
Bhaskar was the first to run the news
Even before the first shift examination started, Bhaskar first reported the news of the paper going viral, fearing a paper leak. After this, Tejashwi Yadav questioned the matriculation examination in the assembly. The matter reached the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and major action was taken. Now the Bihar Vidyalaya Examination Committee is engaged in other action with the cancellation of the examination in this case.
111-0470581 Serial was leaked paper
Anand Kishore, chairman of Bihar Vidyalaya Examination Committee, said that on Friday, a question paper in the social science first shift examination 111-0470581 before the commencement of the serial examination was sent on WhatsApp to someone else’s mobile. After this, an inquiry was ordered into the case. Investigation revealed that this question paper was sent in Jamui district. The DM and SP of Jamui were directed to investigate the matter. The board has taken action following the inquiry report of DM Jamui and SP.
Link added to the investigation, the police team reached the bank
The investigation report found that the serial whose paper has gone viral was kept in reserve in the branch of State Bank Jhajha in Jamui district. Before the examination started on Friday morning, it was taken viral after it was taken out of Jhajha branch of State Bank. The Bihar School Examination Committee directed to file a case in this case. Adopting a policy of zero tolerance in this case, the committee has decided to cancel the examination of the first shift of social science on Friday. There were 8,46,504 candidates in the first shift on Friday. Now this exam will be held on 8 March.
