The negligence of two constables of Meerut Kankarkheda police station was proved in the fake passport verification of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s henchmen Rajasthan residents Rahul Kumar and Mahendra Kumar. After which SSP Dr. Vipin Tada has suspended both the constables.

A case was registered against Rahul Kumar, son of Chetan Lal and Mahendra Kumar, son of Khajohar Lal, resident of Sridungargarh, Bikaner, Rajasthan, henchmen of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, lodged in Gujarat’s Sabarmati jail, for demanding extortion worth crores of rupees. When Bikaner Crime Branch was after Rahul and Mahendra, both the accused made fake passports and fled to Dubai. Investigation revealed that the passports of both were made at the address of Kankarkheda Shraddhapuri. Sridungargarh police station of Bikaner arrested Raju, who runs a cyber cafe in Subhashpuri of Kankarkheda and a cafe near Ghaziabad Passport Office, in this case. Raju told that it was he who had made many other documents including fake Aadhar card at the fake address of Shraddhapuri for both of them. After this he applied for immediate passport of both of them.
Stayed in Meerut for seven days and got all the fake certificates made.
Both of Lawrence’s henchmen stayed in Meerut for seven days and left after getting their work done. Raju Vaidya had stopped both of them. Kankarkheda police also verified the reports of both without going to the spot. Due to this, both of them fled to Dubai as soon as they got the passports. Sridungargarh police took Raju on remand for three days to collect evidence. After this, the police collected the report and fake documents from Kankarkheda police station. Documents were also collected from the computer in Raju’s Ghaziabad office.
Policemen did the verification without going to the house
The address at which Lawrence’s henchmen applied for a passport was actually nowhere. Kankarkheda police blindly filed a report in this matter. In this entire matter, the negligence of constable Sandesh Sharma and constable Dheeraj came to light. SSP Dr. Vipin Tada had instituted an investigation against both of them. After finding evidence against both of them in the report, the SSP has suspended them.
Lawrence’s henchmen are fleeing abroad on fake passports after committing crimes.
Many other henchmen of Lawrence Bishnai have also fled abroad after committing crimes. Rahul Sarkar of Uttarakhand used to make a large number of fake passports. After his arrest, Lawrence’s operatives contacted Raju Vaidya. Raju also had deep infiltration in Ghaziabad Passport Office. Raju used to get reports of fake addresses posted in police stations by paying money. Apart from this, his setup in the passport office was also so strong that he used to get the passports applied on fake documents made in a very short time.
Lawrence’s gang is continuously growing in West UP
Lawrence Bishnoi gang is gaining roots in West UP. They are committing serious crimes like murder and extortion with their henchmen while staying in jail. The fear of Lawrence’s shooters, who committed two murders in Meerut, is so much that the father has not gone to the court for many days to testify in his son’s murder case.
Case 1. Bullets were fired after entering the house.
27-year-old Prayag Choudhary, who had done LLB in Pavli Khurd village of Kankarkheda, was murdered after entering his house on May 20, 2022 by firing bullets. In this murder case, eight people including Lawrence Bishnoi’s shooter Sunny Kakran, his associates Atul Jat, Nasruddin, Avneesh and Sandeep were named. There was a reward of Rs 1 lakh each on Sunny Kakran and Atul. The police had sent Sunny Kakran’s mother Usha and brother Ankur to jail. 5 teams of police and STF were searching for Sunny Kakran, Atul and Sandeep of Delhi. All three had left UP after the STF siege. After the murder of Prayag, the forensic team had collected evidence.
Surrendered in Sonipat after STF siege
Meanwhile, on May 24, 2022, Pavli Khurd, resident of Sunny Kakran, Atul Jat, resident of Chindauri, native of Fahimpur village, district Muzaffarnagar and Naseeruddin, resident of Rohini Delhi, surrendered dramatically in Sonipat. It was told that during checking, the traffic police there had caught all three and during the search, weapons were found from all three. Questions were also raised on the role of Haryana Police in this case. After going to jail, Kankarkheda police brought the accused on remand. Prayag’s murder case is going on in Meerut court. Police found evidence, but the accused could not be caught. He surrendered.
Case 2.
Murder of BSP leader Manoj in Chindauri on 29 August 2021.
BSP leader Manoj was shot dead on 29 August 2021 in Lavad of Incholi police station area of Meerut. This murder was carried out by Atul, an associate of Lawrence’s shooter Sunny Kakran along with the gang. Atul’s father Amit was shot dead on the Lavad-Chindauri road in 2008. Atul was young at that time. Manoj Vihaan was accused of being an informer in this murder. Although this case was dismissed, Atul was harboring a grudge since then. This case is also going on in Meerut Court, testimony has already taken place in it.
Case 3.
Bullets were fired when cloth merchant did not pay extortion money
In June 2023, extortion was demanded from textile businessman Swadesh Vikal in Incholi police station area of Meerut. When he refused to pay the extortion money, his showroom was opened fire. The extortion was demanded by Sunny Kakran and Atul Jat of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In the case of firing, the police had arrested Sunny Kakran’s shooter Suraj after the encounter. Before Suraj, the police had arrested the second shooter, Pinna Muzaffarnagar, resident of Shadman. Shadman had told that while staying in Muzaffarnagar jail, he had met Sunny Kakran. Since then he has been working for Sunny. The third shooter who opened fire, Ravi, who carried a reward of Rs 50,000, was also arrested later.

The shooter of Lawrence Bishnoi gang shoots with both hands. Sunny Kakran had also fired bullets with both hands in both the incidents in Meerut. Now he is in jail but his henchmen are carrying out incidents of extortion etc. in the surrounding districts.
Lawrence is committing crimes all over the country while in jail
Lawrence Bishnoi is a dangerous gangster of Punjab. Lawrence was born in Fazilka, Punjab. After losing the student union elections in DAV College, Chandigarh, he entered the world of crime. After this he started committing crimes in collaboration with the gangster. He came into limelight after the murder of Siddu Moosewala and threatening to kill Salman Khan.
A video of him from Bathinda jail had gone viral. Lawrence Bishnoi’s network can be gauged from the fact that he is running a gang even while he is in jail. Now his name has surfaced in the murder case of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddiqui. According to the police report, he has around 500 shooters, who are committing crimes in Canada and many other countries apart from India.
