Another rise in day temperature was recorded in Meerut on Tuesday. Even at the end of October, there was a feeling of heat during the day. The maximum temperature of the day is reaching 35 degrees. The weather is expected to remain like this till Diwali.

Dr. UP Shahi, meteorologist of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Agricultural University, said that there will be a decline in day and night temperatures from the first week of November. After this the feeling of cold will increase. The day temperature has been continuously increasing for the last 3 days, due to which the feeling of heat during the day is increasing. The temperature has reached 35 degrees in three days. The night temperature remains stable. The weather patterns are sometimes becoming hot and sometimes cold. The month of October is about to end but the feeling of heat during the day is not decreasing, which is not good. Feeling cold at night and feeling hot during the day can make people sick. On Tuesday, the maximum day temperature in Meerut was 32.2°C and the minimum night temperature was 19.1°C.

started increasing before Diwali air quality index

Dr. UP Shahi said that before Diwali, the air quality index of the city has started increasing again. On Tuesday, the air quality index of Meerut was recorded at 179. AQI was recorded at 125 in Jaibhimnagar, 206 in Ganganagar, 206 in Pallavapuram, 230 at Begumpul and 245 at Delhi Road.
