This is the administrative office of UP RERA located in Greater Noida where complaints are lodged.
In the last six years, buyers of Noida Greater Noida lodged 28 thousand 450 complaints against builders in RERA. This is the highest in the whole of UP. At the same time, 8600 complaints have been registered in Lucknow of non-NCR. After this, Ghaziabad is at number 6470, Varanasi and Meerut at number 4, 850 and 800 at number 5 respectively. In such a situation, 74 percent of the total complaints registered in RERA are from Gautam Buddha Nagar and Ghaziabad alone.
UP RERA Secretary Rajesh Kumar Tyagi said that from May 01, 2017 to December 2022, more than 47000 complaints have been registered. And 42000 complaints have been settled. Thus overall 88.14 per cent complaints have been successfully resolved. In this, the maximum number of complaints have been filed against about 46,400 promoters.

About 500 complaints have been registered against the allottees and about 200 against the agents. About 35,900 complaints have been registered in eight public posts of NCR, which is about 76 percent of the total complaints. Out of these, about 31800 have also been successfully disposed of. Similarly, about 13300 complaints have been registered in the remaining public posts of non-NCR, out of which about 10500 have been settled.

Arrangements have also been made to lodge an ‘Order Execution Request’ or ‘Order Implementation Request’ on the website to complain whether the orders given by RERA are being implemented at the ground level or not. So far, about 12800 such cases have come to the fore in which the final order was not complied with, through this, complete compliance of the final order has been ensured in about 9900 cases.
