Motor Vehicle SI Recruitment Exam Result Released: 601 Candidates Passed for 197 Posts, Selection Will Be Based on Physical Test

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has released the result of Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector Recruitment Exam. More than 3 times (601) candidates have been selected in the recruitment examination conducted for 197 posts. Those who will be selected on the basis of merit after Medical Test, Physical Test and Document Verification. Out of these, 168 posts will be posted for general while 29 posts will be given to candidates belonging to the scheduled areas. Let us inform that the process of application for 197 posts of Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector had started in December. Which lasted till 3 January. After this, on February 12 and 13, the recruitment examination was organized at the divisional level.

Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector will be given salary on the basis of Pay Matrix Level 10 as per the Seventh Pay Scale implemented by the Government of Rajasthan. However, during the probation period, the salary will be given as per the guidelines of the government.

Physical fitness of the candidate is also very important for direct recruitment to the post of Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector. The height of the candidate should be 168 cms, while chest should not be less than 81 cms without expansion and 86 cms if inflated.

  • Candidate must have passed 10th from any recognized board.
  • The applying candidate can be between 18 to 40 years of age.
  • 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification declared by the Government of India.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in repair of Petrol and Diesel Engines of Light Motor Vehicles, Heavy Goods Vehicles and Heavy Passenger Vehicles in reputed Automobile Workshops.
  • Driving license will be mandatory to drive motorcycles, heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger vehicles.
  • Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of the culture of Rajasthan.
