Doctor Alka Rai.
The problems of gangster and Bahubali BSP MLA Mukhtar Ansari in Banda Jail are increasing. Barabanki police have arrested Dr. Alka Rai, the director of Mau’s Shyam Sanjeevani Hospital, and his brother SN Rai in an ambulance case. In this case, Rajnath Yadav of Mau, who had already signed Alka Rai on fake documents, was already arrested. The police have arrested both on the basis of Rajnath Yadav’s statement. All are accused of registering ambulances on the basis of fake documents. Mukhtar Ansari has also been accused in this case.
Mukhtar appeared in court with Barabanki’s number ambulance
In fact, on March 31, when Mukhtar Ansari was lodged in Ropar Jail in Punjab, he was presented with an UP number ambulance in Mohali Court. Barabanki’s number was on this ambulance. However, as the police tightened their grip, Mukhtar’s henchmen escaped leaving him in unclaimed condition near a dhaba in Rupnagar. The Barabanki police has taken the ambulance from Punjab to its custody. Mukhtar Ansari is currently lodged in Banda Jail.
Fake documents were found in the investigation
After the Barabanki connection of the ambulance (UP 41 AT 7171), the documents were examined by the Transport Department and Health Department. It was found that the letter of Shyam Sanjivani Hospital located in Mau and the Voter ID card of Dr. Alka Rai was installed in the Transport Department. However, the registration document and the address of the house were found to be fake. Ambulance registration is registered in the name of Dr. Alka Rai, so the ARTO of Barabanki filed a case against him. This case is registered in sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in Nagar Kotwali. In this case, Mukhtar Ansari has been accused of 120B. In this case, the police arrested Rajnath Yadav, resident of Ahiruli village of Sarai Lakhani, the police station of Mau, on the basis of the statement of Dr. Alka Rai. He is accused of pressurizing Doctor Rai over an ambulance.
