The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key of NEET UG 2024. Candidates can download the NEET answer key by logging on to the official website of NTA exam.nta.ac.in/NEET. Along with the answer key, the agency has also displayed the recorded answers of the candidates.

The objection window is open till 11:50 pm on May 31
The National Testing Agency has informed that the NEET 2024 objection window will remain active till 11:50 pm on May 31. Candidates can send their feedback by paying Rs 200 per question. The objections raised by the candidates will be verified through a panel of subject experts. If the objection challenge of any candidate is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and the answer key of all the candidates will be changed accordingly.

More than 24 lakh students registered for NEET UG
This year, more than 24 lakh students have registered for the NEET UG exam. Of these, more than 10 lakh were male students, more than 13 lakh were female students and 24 students were from the third gender.

NTA NEET UG Answer Key Notification 2024

NEET-UG exam was held on 5 May
NEET-UG (National Entrance Eligibility Test) exam was held on 5 May across the country. For this, 557 exam centers were set up across the country and 14 exam centers abroad. This exam was held from 2 pm to 5 pm. Students who clear this exam will get direct admission in MBBS courses in medical colleges.

There was minus marking in NEET UG exam
According to the NEET UG marking scheme, there was also negative marking in the exam. In this, candidates will get four marks for the correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for the wrong answer.

50% qualifying marks for General
To clear the NEET UG exam, general candidates need to score at least 50 percent marks. At the same time, candidates from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes should score at least 40 percent marks. Divyang candidates will have to score 45 percent if they are in the general category.
