  • Earlier on April 24, the examinations were being started, but it was amended due to the panchayat elections.

After the announcement of Panchayat elections in Uttar Pradesh, the revised time table of UP board examinations has been released. High school and intermediate examinations will start from May 8 in the time table released by Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council. The high school will conclude on May 25 and intermediate examinations on May 28. Due to panchayat elections, it has been decided to conduct board examination from May 8 instead of April 24.

Registration of more than 56 lakh candidates

The Council of Secondary Education is the largest examination board in Uttar Pradesh. The board examination will include a total of 56,03,813 students in the high school and intermediate exams in 2021. The examination will include 29,94,312 candidates in high school and 26,09,501 in intermediate.

There are 31,47,793 students and 24,56,020 students registered in the examination. There are 16,74,022 students and 3,20,290 students registered in the high school examination. A total of 26,09,501 candidates have registered 14,73,771 students and 11,35,730 students in the intermediate examination.

Changes due on 15, 19, 26 and 29 April

Uttar Pradesh Panchayat elections 2021 are to be held in four phases. These four stages are dated. 15 April, 19 April, 26 April and 29 April. At the same time, the counting of votes for this election is sure to be held on 02 May 2021. UP board examinations have been postponed due to this election.
