The hearing of hate speech in Varanasi’s Gyanvapi case was postponed even today. Now the next hearing will be on January 19. A case has to be filed against the leaders who made false statements regarding the alleged Shivling found near the Vajukhana of the Gyanvapi campus. Today the Varanasi court has given this decision regarding this.

Proceedings were started by the court on the application of Harishankar Pandey, advocate of the civil court. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and MP Asasuddin Owaisi were not present in the court. On this, the court postponed the proceedings for further.

Appeal in the court for not registering the case

Giving information to the media, Civil Court Advocate Harishankar Pandey said that an application was given in the court on behalf of the arrangements. It was said that this case is not fit to be registered. This case is illegal. Advocate said that the court asked us to object to this application. We had made it clear in the court that such an application should not be accepted. It is not a tradition. When the case is registered, then only after that such application will be heard in the court.

Advocate Harishankar Pandey said that MP Asasuddin Owaisi and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav made statements regarding dirt and Shivling near Vajusthal after the alleged Shivling was found in Gyanvapi premises. He hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindus. Advocate Harishankar Pandey of the Civil Court had given an application regarding this. According to the advocate, the hearts of innumerable Sanatan Dharmis are filled with anguish due to washing of hands and feet, spitting and pouring dirty water where the revered Shivling is found. Under the conspiracy, the accused have done the work of spreading malice on the faith of Sanatan Dharma by calling the Shivling of Swayambhu Adi Vishweshwar a fountain. SP President Akhilesh Yadav has given a statement that if you put a stone under the Peepal tree and put a flag, then it is God and Shivling.
