A case has been registered against 15 land mafias in Sector-113 police station for encroaching on the notified and occupied land of Noida Authority. The case has been registered by the junior engineer of Noida Authority. It is alleged that the named accused have violated the rules set by the Authority.

FIR was filed naming these people
In a complaint to the police, junior engineer Nikhil Mittal said that the land of Khasra number-819 of Sorkha village Zahidabad is notified/acquired and occupied. Vikas Yadav, Chinnu Yadav, Amit, Sachin, Mahesh, Suresh, Rinku, Sachin, Chetan Yadav, Sonu Pehlwan, Mindar Yadav, Rohit, Nishu Yadav, Anil Yadav and Ramu have forcibly encroached upon this land. On May 31, 2024, the senior officer of the land records department and the concerned lekhpal and work circle-6 stopped the illegal construction on the land.
Illegal construction was done in the darkness of night
It is alleged that these people are carrying out illegal construction in the dark of night. This is affecting the planned development of Noida. Cases have already been registered against Vikas Yadav and many other land mafias for illegal occupation of land. It is alleged that some people are bypassing the rules and occupying the acquired and occupied land by forming organized gangs.
Earlier also these people had done illegal occupation by fighting
DCP Vidyasagar Mishra said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered and investigation is being done. Further action will be taken after the investigation. Earlier, three cases have been registered against some of the named accused by Richa Gupta, director of Brahma Kumari Ashram, on charges of assault and illegal occupation of land. It is believed that the police will soon take strict action in this case.
