Etawah. The election program has been announced for the by-election to the vacant post of Panchayat Samiti member. Under this, the nomination process will start from June 14.

Election officer Neeta Wasita said that ward number 9 of Panchayat Samiti Etawah is general. Nominations can be filed for this from 14 to 20 June. Scrutiny of nomination papers and withdrawal of names will be done on 21 June, allocation of election symbol and publication of list on 22 June, voting on 30 June and counting of votes will be done from 9 am on 1 July. Similarly, by-election of ward panch will also be held in Gram Panchayat Bagli.
