86 flats have been built in Goraksh Enclave. A total of 86 flats have been built in the Goraksh Enclave Scheme located near Champa Devi Park on the banks of Ramgarhtal. Which includes 40 2-BHK, 42 3-BHK and four 4-BHK flats. Their price ranges from Rs 52 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore. All the flats in this project were sold in the first phase itself, in which people have shown tremendous interest.
Society is equipped with facilities This scheme is also known for its modern facilities. Facilities like seven lifts, three staircases, basement and ground floor parking, two gyms, two club houses and a shop make this scheme extremely attractive.
GDA Vice President Anand Vardhan said that the construction work is being completed at a fast pace and all the allottees will be handed over their flats in December.
