AVBP’s account was not opened even if NSUI got a big win on Sunday in the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University student election. Krishnamohan Shukla of NSUI got 442 votes while Ajay Dubey got 306 votes for the post of President. Ajit Kumar Choubey received 411 votes and Chandramouli Tiwari 343 votes for the post of vice president. Shivam Choubey got 485 votes while Gaurishankar got 266 votes for the post of General Minister. The victory of the NSUI in all the three top posts is a wave of happiness in the Congress.

AVBP candidates face to face over voting disturbances many times

In 1732 voters, 771 voted. Anurag Sharma and Brijesh Dubey of the Faculty of Literature and Shiv Om Sharma of the Faculty of Philosophy were elected unopposed. The winning candidates were administered the oath of office by Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajaram Shukla. AVBP has suffered a severe defeat at Sampurnanand after Kashi Vidyapeeth.
