A lecture was organized in the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University. Discussion was held on 'Prevention of pesticides and chemical fertilizers in crops through science communication'. The keynote speaker, Veer Bahadur Singh, Head of the Department of Mass Communication, Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Prof. Manoj Mishra, gave detailed information to the students about the ill effects of fertilizers.
