Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus on Thursday officially announced the pricing, offers and availability of its upcoming OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red. The device is set to arrive with 18GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage on 7th Oct 2023 on e-commerce platform Amazon.

Exclusive to India, the latest OnePlus Solar Red variant is priced at Rs 45,999, and will be available across OnePlus website, OnePlus Store App, OnePlus Experience Stores, and Amazon. According to the company, as part of the ‘Early Access’ on 7th Oct 2023, users looking to buy the Solar Red edition can avail an instant bank discount of Rs 1000 and receive a free OnePlus Buds Z2 with it.
Early Access users can also avail 12 months no cost EMI on the device. October 8th Onwards, users can avail an instant bank discount of Rs 1000. Users will receive an additional bonus offer worth Rs 3000 on exchanging select smartphones, the brand said.
According to the company, the OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red model can smoothly run up to 50 apps simultaneously, surpassing the 44-app limit of the 16GB version. This enhanced RAM not only opens apps 6 per cent faster but also eliminates lag during resource-intensive tasks.
Coming to the design, the OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red will come with textured vegan leather back in red colour. Plus, the smartphone is confirmed to come with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform and packs a 5000mAh big battery and 100W SuperVooC Endurance Edition charging which company claims to take battery from 1 per cent to 100 per cent in just 25 minutes.
Launched in February 2023, OnePlus 11R 5G comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display with 2772 X 1240 pixels, offering 1450 nits of peak brightness and has a refresh rate of 120Hz. OnePlus 11R 5G features curved edges and a punch-hole cutout at the front. The handset runs on Oxygen OS 13 based on Android 13 operating system. The device also has a 4+5 years of android support.
