National Lok Adalat will be organized on Saturday, in connection with which a meeting of judicial officers and officers of all banks was organized in the auditorium of the District Court under the direction of Honorable District Judge Vinod Kumar, President, District Legal Services Authority. District Judge Vinod Kumar gave directions to all the judicial officers for disposal of maximum number of cases in the Special Lok Adalat of Petty Offenses to be held from February 8 to February 10, 2023.

In relation to the notice issued for the National Lok Adalat on February 11, 2023, instructions were given to ensure the service. The District Judge insisted on maximum selection of those cases, in which orders can be made on the basis of conciliation agreement and ordered to mark such cases and put them in Lok Adalat for disposal. The meeting was conducted by Nodal Officer Additional District Judge Arvind Kumar Yadav.
The nodal officer gave directions to the officers of the bank to make the Lok Adalat successful and settle maximum number of disputes. The nodal officer interacted with everyone and collected information about the cases filed in the Lok Adalat from all the judicial officers. Guidelines were given to all the banks for issuing notices in the cases imposed by the banks. Along with this, instructions were also issued for serving the notices which can be served by the police administration. More than 8,000 notices have been issued to banks by the authority, whose successful disposal is expected.
