Part Of Key Highway NH06 In North East Collapses After Rain, Landslides

Meghalaya:

A part of the National Highway 6 (NH6) in the northeast has caved in due to landslides triggered by incessant rains. 

The highway assumes significance as it connects Southern Assam, Mizoram, Tripura and parts of Manipur to the rest of the country.
