Pathan continues its blockbuster run in theatres. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has collected 17.50 crores on the eighth day of its release. Accordingly, the Hindi net collection of the film has gone up to 336 crores. If the figures of Tamil and Telugu are mixed, then the total earning of the film has become 348.50 crores.
Talk about the worldwide collection, the film has earned 669 crores so far. Pathan will now be eyeing the record of Dangal whose Hindi version had earned Rs 374.43 crore. Along with breaking the record of Dangal, Pathan will become the highest-grossing Bollywood film.

Pathan all set to break Dangal’s domestic box office record
Pathan has earned Rs 336 crore in Hindi language in just eight days of its release. Pathan is currently ahead of Tiger Zinda Hai with 339.16 crores, PK with 340.8 crores, Sanju with 342.57 crores and Aamir Khan’s Dangal with a collection of 374.43 crores, but considering the pace of Pathan’s earnings, it would not be wrong to say That the film will surpass the lifetime collection of Dangal in the coming two-three days.
Pathan’s entry in films with worldwide highest collection
Dangal had the highest worldwide collection of 2,024 crores among films originally made in Hindi language. At number two was Salman Khan’s film Bajrangi Bhaijaan which had an overall collection of 969.06 crores worldwide. Now Pathan has entered this list with 669 crores.
Pathan is the shortest film to earn 300 crores
Pathan had completed the figure of 300 crores in the shortest possible time. Pathan has made a record by earning 318.50 crores in the opening week itself. Earlier, the Hindi version of KGF 2 had earned the highest in the first week. KGF 2 collected 268.63 crores in the first week while Bahubali 2 earned 247 crores.
Pathan made the record on the very first day
Pathan had a bumper opening of 55 crores on the very first day of its release. Earlier this record was in the name of KGF 2, whose Hindi version earned 53.95 crores on the first day. The Hollywood film Avengers Endgame collected 53.35 crores at the Indian box office on the first day of its release. Pathan has demolished all these records with the release.
Bahubali 2 still number one in terms of worldwide collection
Talking about the first week worldwide collection of films made in all languages, Shahrukh Khan’s film has lagged behind South films like Bahubali 2, KGF 2 and RRR. Bahubali 2 earned Rs 712.9 crore worldwide in the opening week.
The figures of KGF 2 and RRR were also almost close. Pathan has come at number four in this list by collecting 639.1 crores in the first week of its release.
