During this, a PRV bike which was tripping on a bike was stopped. At first the soldier refused to stop and tried to run away. But the traffic police personnel surrounded him and stopped him. When traffic in-charge SS Pandey started issuing challan against the constables, a constable became ill-tempered. However, he calmed down after seeing the gathering of media persons. On the instructions of the CO, the traffic in-charge issued challan to the constables. The soldier was not even wearing a helmet.

CO said – Law is equal for all CO Traffic Shitala Prasad Pandey said that no one is above the law. He said, “If even a person in uniform is found breaking the rules during checking, he will be challaned. Traffic rules are the same for everyone.” Emphasizing the necessity of helmet, the CO said that most of the deaths in road accidents occur due to head injuries.
