Actors Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan and actor Nirvana Khan returned to Mumbai from UAE on 25 December.

A case of violation of the Epidemic Diseases Act 1897 has been registered against the actors Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan and actor Nirvana Khan at Khar police station in Mumbai. The trio returned to Mumbai from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 25 December. It is alleged that according to the rules, he had to stay in the Institutional Quarantine, but he broke the rules and went straight to his house.

Arrangements were made to stay at Hotel Taj Grand
According to information received from the sources, their stay was arranged by the administration at the Taj Land Hotel in Mumbai. On the morning of 26th, the three had checked out from their respective rooms. Subsequently, a complaint was lodged by the BMC against the trio in police.

Police filed a case after investigation
The investigation in the case lasted for about a week and the police registered a case after negligence was revealed after the statements of the three. The state mandates all travelers arriving from Britain, European countries and the UAE to stay in the Institutional Quarantine for 14 days. However, sources also state that none of the corona symptoms or viruses have been found in any of them.
