The trailer of Kalki 2898 AD has finally released and it promises to be as grand as one could imagine. Director Nag Ashwin finally sheds light on Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani’s characters in the film. The trailer revealed Ashwin loosely reimagined Mahabharat from a futuristic lens, adding a dystopian touch to it. The trailer opened with fans learning about Kaashi, a distant land on top of a mountain that has all the amenities — food, water and shelter.

Bollywood actress Noor Malabika Das died on June 6, Thursday, in Mumbai. The actress, who was seen in Kajol’s The Trial, was reportedly found dead in her apartment. Police suspect a case of suicide and the investigation is ongoing. Amid the reports, several social media users are revisiting her last Instagram post. The post was shared two days before her death. In the post, Noor was seen grooving to the song Dost Banke. She shared the video with a moving note about beauty.

Priyanka Chopra took to her social media handle to share a heartfelt video in memory of her father, Dr Ashok Chopra, on his death anniversary. She penned an emotional note, remembering him. The note read, “The light of every room. You’re still our brightest light dad. 11 years without you and it still doesn’t feel real. Thinking of you today and everyday. I love you. Forever. Hold your loved ones close and tell them you love them. Time can be short.” Dr Ashok Chopra passed away in 2013, after having a long battle with cancer.
