If sources are to be believed, players from countries like England and Australia can be transported to their home via Maldives.

A senior IPL official said that 40 Australian players and former players are participating in the league. Which includes support staff, coaches and commentators in addition to 14 cricketers. The board plans to gather all players from the UK and Australia in Delhi or Mumbai.

They will then be flown to Maldives by charter flight. Quarantine will be there for all 14 days. After that, they can return to their respective countries. According to sources, the team going to Maldives includes Pat Cummins, Steve Smith, Glenn Maxwell, Ricky Ponting, Simon Katies.

Most players in Delhi and Ahmedabad
Matches of Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals were being played in Delhi and Kolkata Knight Riders, Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore were being played in Ahmedabad. In such a situation, all the foreign players are in Delhi and Ahmedabad. According to sources, there are already four teams in Delhi. In such a situation, there is a greater hope that foreign players will be brought from Delhi to Ahmedabad and from here the charter plane will be sent to Maldives.

Indian players can be sent by bus
Arrangements are being made to send Indian players from Ahmedabad and Delhi to their city. According to sources, there is a plan to use team buses to provide safety to the players of Haryana, Punjab and Delhi-NCR present in Delhi. Apart from this, it is also planned that arrangements should be made to collect the players of a state and bring them to a safe house.

Over 100 foreign players and staff in India
Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad have the most 8-8 foreign players. At the same time, there are 7 foreign players in Royal Challengers Bangalore and 6 in Rajasthan Royals. It has more than 50 players from Australia, England, New Zealand and South Africa. Along with this, players from Bangladesh and West Indies are also associated with this league. Not only this, more than 40 staff and commentators from all these countries are also in India.

Australia and Bangladesh ban flights from India
Many countries have banned entry for people coming from India. Australia and Bangladesh are the main countries in this. At the same time, people going from India to England will have to follow strict quarantine rules for 10 days. People will be quarantined in hotels approved by the UK government. Also, he will have to undergo corona test on the second and 8th day.

Now players cannot go to their country even without UAE
However, the UAE opened its gates until a few days ago. But they too put a ban on flights originating from India till May 14, after rising cases of corona in India. Andrew Tye of Australia and Liam Livingstone of England returned to their respective countries after leaving the IPL.

Bangladesh has also banned air services from India and South Africa since 1 May. But their land border is open. Those arriving via this route will be sent in a 14-day strict quarantine.
